We sincerely thank everyone who took the time to visit our booth at SEMICON Taiwan 2026.
During the exhibition, we had the opportunity to speak with many engineers and purchasing professionals who operate Tokyo Electron coater/developer systems. The most common inquiries concerned parts procurement following the end of manufacturer support and how to continue equipment maintenance and repair. Over the three-day exhibition, we once again realized that many production sites are facing the same challenges.

Key Services Introduced
Motor / Drive Repair & Overhaul
Our services cover servo motors, inverters, driver boards, and related components. We identify the causes of operational failures and errors and restore functionality through precision overhaul services.
Control Panel / Power Unit Repair & EOL Support
Our services cover control boards, power units, control panels, and PLCs. For aging boards whose manufacturer support has ended (EOL), we provide repair services and equipment life-extension solutions through the selection of replacement components.
Chiller Pump / Temperature Control Pump Overhaul
Our services cover chiller pumps and circulation pumps used for precision temperature control. For pumps experiencing leakage or pressure loss, we provide disassembly and cleaning, seal replacement, and standalone operation testing.
